Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Jamal Watson, a sole proprietor in the United States who operates Daydrip (“Daydrip”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using daydrip.app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Daydrip.

1. Who can use Daydrip

You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email up to date.

2. The service

Daydrip lets you build an online closet — by uploading photos of your clothes or typing them in — and suggests outfits based on your items, the weather in your city, your plans and what you’ve worn recently. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

  • Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial. If you subscribe during the trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
  • Price. After the trial, Daydrip Premium costs $6 per month (US dollars). Sales tax or similar taxes may apply depending on where you live and are shown at checkout.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month, and we (through our payment processor, Stripe) will charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. We’ll tell you in advance if the price changes, and the new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time from Plan → Manage subscription. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period (or trial) and won’t renew; you won’t be charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged at all.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law. If you think you were charged in error, contact us.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may pause or end premium access until it’s resolved.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may offer its Link service at checkout; their terms also apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Your content

You own the photos and descriptions you add to Daydrip (“your content”). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, resize and display your content only to operate and provide Daydrip to you (for example, to show your closet, suggest outfits and, if enabled, run automatic tagging). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that are removed over time. We don’t use your photos for advertising and don’t sell them.

You confirm you have the right to upload your content and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or the law.

5. Acceptable use

Please use Daydrip for what it’s for. You agree not to:

  • upload content that’s illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • upload photos of other people without their permission, or personal information about others;
  • try to access other people’s accounts or data, or our systems, without permission;
  • disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or attack the service, or use bots to create accounts;
  • resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission; or
  • use Daydrip to break any law.

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Outfit suggestions

Outfit suggestions, color matching, automatic tags and weather information are provided for fun and convenience. They’re generated automatically and may be wrong or not to your taste, and weather data comes from a third party. We don’t guarantee any particular result. Use your own judgment — especially about dressing for the weather.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account; this deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy and cancels your subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering Daydrip (in which case we’ll give reasonable notice where we can). Sections 4 (license end), 8, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

Daydrip is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that your content will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Daydrip. Our total liability for any claim relating to Daydrip is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Indemnity

If you use Daydrip in a way that breaks these terms or the law and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn’t resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll update the effective date and notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Daydrip after that, you accept the new terms; if you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

13. Other

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Daydrip. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t waived it. You can’t transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or transfer of Daydrip.
